Built by respected Luthier Kirk Sand. Unfortunately it's developed multiple splits on the top and back over the years. A Kirk Sand guitar today as new starts at $6000.00 and he even sells his used ones in that price range as well. It's a shame that the splitting happened, but this can provide an opportunity for a player to get a great playing and sounding instrument for their guitar arsenal. Clearance sale. Sold.
