John Birch Tony Iommi 1975 SG Custom
A very rare, limited and faithful recreation of Black Sabbath's Tony Iommi famous guitar which was built to Tony's 1975 specifications.
This original guitar was built for Tony around 1975 by John Birch, who had also worked on Iommi’s SG Special prior to that.
Tony used his original guitar as his main guitar on Black Sabbath's Technical Ecstasy, Never Say Die, Heaven and Hell, and Mob Rules. It was used extensively during those days.
This instrument was made in 2016 after John Birch's passing (2000). Our consignor included a personalized COA that he received with the instrument which was signed by John Carling.
