This is a rare, vintage Gibson Les Paul Deluxe, left handed Gold Top. The potentiometer date codes indicate 1969. According to Vintage Guitar & Bass, the left handed Gold Top was first released in 1971 with the entire 1971-1979 production run only producing 309 of these. While the case does appear to be period correct, it is not an original Gibson branded case. There is a fair amount of lacquer checking and your typical play wear as well as dings and dents. It's a collectible player for sure, with the classic vintage Gibson look.
